How to Use
Suitable for adults and children over 12 years of age. Use as required, up to six times per day.
Diffuser: Add up to six drops to the water in your diffuser.
Inhalation: Place three drops onto a tissue or pillow and inhale gently.
Massage: Dilute two drops in 10ml of carrier oil before applying to skin. Use immediately and discard any unused mixture.
Store below 30°C. Flammable. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. If symptoms persist, seek advice from your healthcare professional.

Dispatch and delivery

Tracking
You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please allow a little time for tracking information to update.
Delivery address
Please check your address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We'll try to update it, but changes may not be possible once your order has been processed or dispatched. If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, an additional shipping fee may apply to send it again.
Missing or delayed parcels
If your parcel is delayed, please check the tracking information and look around the delivery location, including any safe places. If you still can't find it, email us with your name and order number. We'll help you raise an enquiry with the delivery carrier.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
We'll review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other solution. Contacting us within seven days helps us investigate quickly and does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
