By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete information. We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraudulent, suspicious, or unable to be fulfilled.


4. Price and Payment

All prices are listed in AUD and inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change at any time.

Payments are processed via secure third-party platforms. We do not store or access your credit card details. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or your authorized users using your payment method.


5. Postage and Delivery

We currently ship within Australia only. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to postal services, holidays, or remote locations. Local pickup is available from postcode 6173 by arrangement.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries due to incorrect information provided at checkout.


6. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

Due to the personal nature of our products, returns for change of mind are not accepted. If an item is damaged or missing, contact us within 10 days of delivery with order details and a photo.

Order cancellations must be requested before dispatch. We may not be able to accommodate cancellations after shipping.


7. Subscription Services (Planned Feature)

We may introduce subscription services in the future, including recurring deliveries. By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing at the frequency and amount shown during sign-up.

You will be able to manage your subscription through your account. Cancellation must be completed before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

8. Competitions, Promotions & Discount Codes

We may run occasional competitions or promotions. Entry is subject to individual terms posted with each offer.
