- Orders over $120 receive free standard shipping
- Express shipping may be available at checkout
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

- Express shipping: 1–4 business days

Tracking
You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please allow a little time for tracking information to update.
Delivery address
Please check your address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, an additional shipping fee may apply to send it again.
Missing or delayed parcels

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
We'll review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other solution. Contacting us within seven days helps us investigate quickly and does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
