How to Use – Anxiety Essential Oil
Diffuser
For adults and children over 12 years of age.
Use as required, up to 6 times per day.
Inhalation
Add up to 6 drops (0.2 mL) to the water in your mist diffuser, or apply 3 drops (0.1 mL) to a pillow or tissue and inhale.
Topical Use
Add 2 drops to 10 mL of carrier oil for massage.
Use immediately and discard any unused portion.
Storage & Safety
Store below 30°C.
Flammable.
